Internal Sharing: To provide a seamless experience, data is shared between the Provider and the Association. For example, if you join the Association via the website, your details are shared with the Association board to manage your membership.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We only keep your information as long as you are a member or as long as needed to provide our services. If you leave the association, we will delete or anonymize your data, unless we are legally required to keep it (e.g., for tax records).
7. DATA OF MINORS
Frogs in Mugs is a tool for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you are a parent and share a child's name for a workshop registration, that data is only used for that specific event and is protected under your parental consent.
